No meeting in Sept! Whole Foods River Forest store is having an Allergy Fair next Tuesday, Sept. 12, 4-7 p.m. and POCHA will have a table in the cafe. If you can spare a half hour or so to help staff the table, answer questions, hand out brochures, demonstrate epi-pens, please let me know! We could use your help!

NEW MEETING DAY! - Beginning in October, POCHA will meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, instead of Mondays. We know that some of you have had conflicts on Mondays, plus MOCHA North Shore and POCA DuPage County meet on Mondays, so now we can attend events of theirs if we want to (like the recent Resource Night in DuPage). The Dole Branch has re-opened, so we will meet there beginning Oct. 10, at 7:00 p.m., each month.

Co-leader Linda Sordilla is working on an updated brochure for us, and Bonnie Parker is organizing our no-food Halloween Party for the kids.
