This year’s walk is only a week away. If you have not already registered, please do so online at www.foodallergy.org. Remember to register all walkers that will be joining you (spouses, kids, friends, etc.) We want every person to be accounted for!! :)

FUNDRAISING TIP
For those of you fundraising online, remember to bring a screen print of your fundraising page with you on walk day. We will have these on file but it may speed up the process. Also, any additional donations that were raised off-line, can be brought with you and turned in by placing them in the walker envelope that was mailed to you by FAAN. Additional envelopes will be available on walk day.

HONOR SIGNS
It’s not too late to order your walk Honor Signs. They are $100 each. You can write a personal message to someone you care about and take them home with you after the walk. The signs will be displayed throughout the walk course. Signs must be ordered two weeks prior to walk day. Please click on the following link to download the form:

VOLUNTEER
The walk committee is looking for volunteers to help with the set up and tear down activities. If you are interested in volunteering on walk day, please email Bonnie Weinbach at bonnieweinbach@yahoo.com. We appreciate your help!

PARKING & LOCATION
Metered and free street parking may be available on the surrounding streets. The Zoo parking lot should provide more than enough parking. Please plan accordingly and use public transportation or try these pay-to-park facilities.

Lincoln Park Zoo Lot (Cannon Drive at Fullerton): enter on Cannon Drive southbound off of Fullerton , west of Lake Shore Drive and east of Lincoln Park West. Park in the southernmost section of the lot to be closest to start and end location. The zoo lot is $12 for up to 3 hours.

Chicago< /B> Historical Society ( Stockton and LaSalle Parking Lot): 1730 N. Stockton , enter on Stockton , northbound f rom La Salle or Southbound from Fullerton . Serves the Green City Market, which will validate with purchase.

North Avenue Beach Lot: LaSalle Drive (Cross over Lake Shore Dr . towards the Beach)
